1 Membership Eligibility

The Aladin 99 platform is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents who meet the following conditions. By registering as a member, you confirm that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed below.

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. Aladin 99 actively verifies member ages and reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time.
• You must be located or residing in Malaysia when using the platform. Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list under any responsible gambling programme in Malaysia.
• You are not currently employed or engaged as a staff member, contractor, or agent of Aladin 99 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement in Malaysia.

2 Registration & Account Management

Each eligible individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Aladin 99 account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — even using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts, with all balances and bonuses forfeited.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False information may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Aladin 99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a shared or compromised password.
• You must notify Aladin 99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required prior to your first withdrawal or when cumulative amounts reach RM10,000. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or a valid passport.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Aladin 99 only accepts funds from legitimate, licensed payment methods in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed exclusively in MYR.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made via the following methods, all of which are accepted payment methods in Malaysia:

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same member's name. Aladin 99 reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before processing a first-time withdrawal.

4 Bonus & Promotions

Aladin 99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions as specified in the respective promotion terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus received must be rolled over at the specified multiplier (typically 10x to 30x) before any withdrawal can be requested. The required rollover amount will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a limited validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire and no compensation will be provided.
• One Bonus Per Period: Members are entitled to claim only one bonus per category within any given promotional period unless otherwise stated.
• Aladin 99 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse, or a breach of promotional terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Aladin 99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

5 Game Rules

All games available on Aladin 99 — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), lottery, and poker — are subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes are final once a round is completed. Disputes based on claims of technical failure will not be entertained after a result has been recorded in the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game (such as a player-side internet disconnection), the game will be settled using the result recorded on our servers. Aladin 99 is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

6 Member Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As an Aladin 99 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all of the following prohibitions:

• All forms of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited including the use of third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited for yourself or on behalf of others in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent imposed restrictions.
• Money laundering is strictly prohibited through the Aladin 99 platform. Any transactions suspected of being linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001.
• Interfering with the operation of the platform, servers, or any networks associated with Aladin 99 is strictly prohibited.
• You are prohibited from disclosing confidential information or personal data belonging to other members that you may have obtained through use of the platform.

7 Security & Data Protection

8 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Aladin 99 shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account due to your failure to keep your password confidential.
• Game outcome disputes raised more than 24 hours after the incident.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Aladin 99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abuse of the bonus system or exploitation of software bugs.
• Your own request to close your account, including through the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.

For account closures requested by the member, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days.

10 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding your account or use of the Aladin 99 platform, we encourage you to follow the procedure below:

2. Step Two: If a dispute is not resolved within 5 business days, you may request that it be escalated to our senior management for further review.

All disputes will be handled based on Aladin 99's system records, which are considered final and binding unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

11 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Aladin 99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through:

• A notice displayed on the Aladin 99 platform homepage for at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect.
• A notification email to your registered email address, where the change materially affects your rights.

Continued use of the Aladin 99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account by contacting our customer support.
